| TUITION | Private Lessons are payable in full on the 1st of each month.
Group Classes are payable in full at time of registration. Payment plans are available upon request for a $15 finance charge. |
| MAKE-UPS |
Private Lessons: Make-up
lessons are provided only when the office receives a 24-hour notice of
cancellation. Less than a 24-hour notice forfeits any make-up
and the lesson must be paid for, even if a student is ill.
Messages may be left on the answering machine.
Group Classes: Make-up classes are only provided if the instructor cancels. |
| REFUNDS |
Private Lessons refunds are at the discretion of management.
Group Classes request for refunds must be submitted to the VIBE office by the 3rd class of the session.
PAC Camps request for refunds must be submitted to the VIBE office by the 2nd day of camp
Seasons: Parks and Recreation Group Classes request for refunds must be submitted to the Santa Clarita Dept of Parks and Recreations before the 2nd class.
Refunds will not include any registration fees, playment plan fees or classes that have already taken place. |
| FEES |
A $15 late fee
will be assessed for Private Lesson tuition, Instrument Rental fees
and/or Payment plan payments received after the 10th of the month.
A $25 registration fee will be assessed for all new students and is non-refundable |

VIBE does not pro-rate lessons or classes. |
