Some say the Skinny Little Twits are one of L.A.'s most enjoyable bands. Founded in 1991, guitarist Michael Pieper and vocalist Tim May began writing together, creating a moderate rock sound with influences including the Eagles, the Doobie Brothers, and Eric Clapton. Later, vocalist Rich Mortlock, drummer Javier Figueroa, guitarist Chris Cardenas, and bassist Scott Spencer became Skinny Little Twits-and their magic was instantaneous! Strong vocals and guitars make this group a favorite at many L.A. venues. They have managed to acquire a large following in the past few years, and have performed with such names as Christopher Cross and Weird Al Yankovic.
